Using soft leather off-cuts and salvaged embellishments, Renae - our resident slow-stitch guru - will guide you through simple leather crafting skills and techniques to help you create a bespoke wallet or cross-body pouch for yourself or a friend.

No previous experience working with leather is necessary. Along with understanding the basics of saddle stitching, Renae will guide participants through the different types of tools, their purpose and how to safely handle them. Participants can also learn how to set eyelets and other types of embellishments to ensure their bespoke piece is equal parts function and fashion.

We'll provide tools, materials and a light morning tea for sustenance.
